In 2019, Coventry Building Society partnered with SomeOne to revitalise its existing brand and create a new visual identity that illustrated Coventry’s commitment to its members and improving the communities they live in.

Coventry Building Society appointed Univers Labs to bring the new brand to life and design a powerful new website that reflects Coventry's values and delivers an all together better online

experience for its members.



Our team visited Coventry Building Society's head office to truly understand who Coventry is, the core values of its team, and how they work to design

a dynamic new website that engages with

its members and reinforces Coventry's

position online. 


Our strategists conducted in-depth discovery workshops with Coventry, addressing user journey issues and customer pain points to design a website that provided an all together, digital, measured, unified, helpful, effortless and standardised experience.


We designed a dynamic new website for

Coventry, incorporating the new branding

colours, paper-craft illustrations, and verbal language to reflect Coventry's strong

community ties and a belief in doing

better for its members. 


We transformed Coventry's online savings experience, introducing vibrant product cards into the new website to allow customers to explore all of Coventry's great savings offers and mortgages effortlessly and discover the right

account for them.
